5 arrested on drug charges Friday after meth lab bust in St. Augustine

Two men and three women were arrested Friday on various drug charges after methamphetamine labs were found during a raid in the 900 block of South Holmes Boulevard in St. Augustine.

Three residents of the home were charged: Darlene Weaver Clarkson, 48, maintaining a drug dwelling; Theron Anthony Taylor, 37, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia; and Brandon Irwin Corbin Sr., 32, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office said.

Denise Michelle Nottingham, 29, of Green Cove Springs was charged with production, trafficking and possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Misty Lou Harris, 39, of St. Augustine was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

The Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant Friday morning at the home after numerous neighborhood complaints. Several structures along with the home were searched. Authorities seized nearly 82 grams of meth oil and a large amount of drug paraphernalia, investigators said.
